Frequently asked questions

How do I book?

Search flights, hotels or tours, pick what you like, and send a booking request with your details. We confirm live availability and the final price, then send you a secure way to pay.

When am I charged?

Never at the request stage. We only take payment after we’ve confirmed your fare or rate — you pay securely by card once you’re happy.

How do I find my booking?

Use “My trips” with the reference (starts with PUT-) and the email on your booking.

Are the prices final?

Prices are live and re-priced before payment. If anything changes between search and payment, we’ll tell you first — no surprises.

Can I change or cancel?

Yes — reply to your confirmation email or contact us. Change and cancellation terms depend on the airline, hotel or operator.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card payments via Stripe, with more local options (GCash/Maya) coming soon.
