A booking request is not a confirmed booking. Prices are live and re-priced before payment; we confirm availability and the final price with you before any charge. Once paid, your booking is subject to the terms of the relevant airline, hotel or operator.
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We never store full card details.
Change and cancellation rights, and any fees, depend on the supplier’s fare or rate rules. Contact us and we’ll help where we can.
We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers and are not liable for supplier acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
